Wind Damage Roof Repair
Serving Burbank and the greater Chicagoland area
What Wind Does to a Roof
Strong winds can lift shingle seals, crease or tear tabs, and pull off ridge caps. On low-slope roofs, uplift can loosen edge metal, open seams, and dislodge flashings—creating fast paths for leaks.
Look for:
- Missing or curled shingles, creased tabs, exposed nail heads
- Lifted ridge/hip caps, loose or bent flashing at chimneys/vents
- On flat roofs (EPDM/TPO/Mod-Bit): open seams, loose terminations, popped fasteners, edge-metal movement
- Interior signs: ceiling stains, drips during storms, musty odors
Inspection, Scope & Restoration
We start with a free leak assessment and estimate, document findings with photos, and lay out a clear scope and timeline. If water is active, we stabilize first, then complete manufacturer-compliant repairs with licensed, insured crews. You’ll get a clean job site, final walk-through, and prevention tips to keep things dry.
